چکیده
Context. JAXA’s Hayabusa2 mission rendezvoused the Ryugu asteroid for 1.5 years to clarify carbonaceous asteroids’ record Solar System origin and evolution. Aims. We studied photometric behavior of spectral parameters characterizing near-infrared (NIR) spectra provided by Hayabusa2/NIRS3 instrument, that is say 1.9 µm reflectance, 2.7 2.8 band depths (ascribed phyllosilicates), NIR slope. Methods. For each parameter, we applied following empirical approach: (1) retrieval equigonal albedo applying Akimov disk function (this step was only performed reflectance correction); (2) median parameter value at phase angle bin; (3) a linear fit. Results. Ryugu’s shows steepness similar Ceres, according same taxonomy two asteroids. Band decrease with increasing angle: this trend opposite observed on other asteroids explored space missions ascribed very dark albedo. visible reddening are similar, contrary asteroids, where larger: could be due surface darkness or particle smoothness. Albedo globally uncorrelated, but locally anticorrelated. A correlation between darkening observed.

Photometric Redshift Estimation Using Spectral Connectivity Analysis
The development of fast and accurate methods of photometric redshift estimation is a vital step towards being able to fully utilize the data of next-generation surveys within precision cosmology. In this paper we apply a specific approach to spectral connectivity analysis (SCA; Lee & Wasserman 2009) called diffusion map. SCA is a class of nonlinear techniques for transforming observed data (e.g...
متن کاملCatalogue-Wide Satellite Photometric Behavior Paradigms
Few categorization approaches for satellite photometric response as constructed from individual pointphotometry measurements have been proposed; and as this is the largest and most typical photometry-collection approach, the discipline is in need of a taxonomy for the different photometric response types. The Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) photometric modeling approach offers an opportun...
متن کاملSpectral & Photometric Evolution of Simple Stellar Populations at Various Metallicities
A new set of evolutionary synthesis spectra are presented for Simple Stellar Populations (SSPs) covering ranges in metallicity from 0.02 ≤ Z/Z⊙ ≤ 2.5 and ages from 4 · 10 6 yr ≤ t ≤ 16 Gyr. They are based on the most recent isochrones from the Padova group that extend earlier models by the inclusion of the thermal pulsing AGB phase for stars in the mass range 2M⊙ ≤ m ≤ 7M⊙ in accordance with th...
متن کاملPhotometric properties of theoretical spectral libraries for GAIA photometry
Photometric properties of various spectral libraries of synthetic stellar spectra derived from the ATLAS 9 (Castelli et al. 1997), the PHOENIX NextGen (Hauschildt et al. 1998, 1999), the NMARCS (Bessell et al. 1998), and the BaSeL (Lejeune et al. 1998, Westera et al. 2002) models are discussed in view of their application to the definition of the GAIA photometric system. Comparisons with empiri...
متن کاملA compact spectral camera for VIS - NIR imaging
This paper describes the design of a spectro-photo/radio-metric camera, that can be used in both portable and in-situ applications, whose compactness is made possible by a suitable image spectral scanning scheme based on a Linearly Variable Filter (LVF). Such filter is able to operate continuously from 400 nm to 2500 nm, allowing the hyper-spectral imaging from visible to near infrared. In trad...
